This project was located in Southern Napa and continued for 5 years. Altes Engineering worked with Schmitt & Co., and Nordby Wine Caves to develop the Winery site, all utilities, and over two and a half miles of custom built roads.
I worked on this project from 2000 to 2005. Before I got my hand into Real Estate I worked for my brother's company Altes Engineering. We primarily worked on large Napa Estate's and Vineyard's. We used cutting edge building technology, and strived to be the best in are industry. Altes Engineering worked off referral's and word of mouth.
